MAI was founded by Enos Mwakondange, a careered Public Servant for over 15 years in over five different government departments whereby he acquired extensive experience in public administrative, compliance and legislative sphere as a means to provide the most quality services at the most cost-competitive and accessible of manners. He believed that recourse to legal remedies is a basic right for all, and so through MAI, he aims to spread wide, legal solutions for everyone.

Litigation / Dispute Resolution

We are very much confident, competent and poised in handling any brief/case from any area of law. We simply are “Lawyers”.
When faced with a legal query, we first proceed with a case evaluation. We then construct a case-strategy that is best for your matter. We share the drafts with you, and on every stage of the proceedings provides you with an update on the status of your case.

About Enos

Mr. Enos Mwakondange is the Founding Director of Mwakondange & Associates Incorporated. He was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia on 07 August 2020 having successfully completed his theoretical and practical legal training at the Justice Training Centre in 2019 and 2020 respectively. He is a law graduate of the University of Namibia School of law with an LLB (Hons.) and B Juris. This is in addition to a B. Tech Degree in Public Management majoring in Economics from the then Polytechnic of Namibia. 

Mr. Mwakondange have a rich career path in the Public Service of Namibia having served for 15 years in various capacities in three different government Ministries i.e. Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Trade & Industry as well as Ministry of Works & Transport.

He been a Chief Control Officer responsible for transport regulations (all four transport mode) between 2014 – 2019 and between 2019 – 2021 acted as a Deputy Director responsible for Transportation Policy and Legislations in the Department of Transport of the Ministry of Works and Transport during which period he was extensively involved in the drafting of the Transport Policy for Namibia, the Roads Bill, Public Passenger Road Transport Bill, Vehicle Mass Bill, reviewed various Maritime legislations and served on a Technical Committee for the domestication of the road transport standards (vehicle and road safety) as well as team leader for Namibia on  the development and drafting of model laws for the harmonization of the road transport laws and regulations through the Tripartite Transport Transit Facilitation Programme (TTTFP) aimed at trade facilitation in the member states of COMESA-EAC-and SADC economic blocks. This is in addition to his involvement in the development of various regional, continental and international legal instruments on all four modes of transport i.e. Aviation, Maritime, Railway and Road. 

He has a stint career in contract management, asset management, procurement and tender administration having headed the tender and procurement section of the Central Government Stores between 2012 and 2013.

Mr. Mwakondange left the Public Service in November 2021, ultimately founded a legal firm, and practices under the name and style of Mwakondange & Associates Inc. which commenced operation on 01st December 2021. He has since made significant stride in litigation space have taken on some notable sensitive and complex cases.
